The world’s best amateur surfers will claim their waves at Playa Venao, Panama, in hopes of being crowned “World’s Best Junior Surfing Champions” during the DaKine ISA (International Surfing Champions) 2012 World Junior Surfing Championship held April 14-22.

Four Verizon Hawaii Surf Team riders in four divisions will compete for top honors:

• Isaiah Moniz, Koa Smith, Kain Daly, Kaoli Kahokuloa (Under 18 Mens)
• Tatiana Weston-Webb, Brianna Cope, Mahina Maeda, Dax McGill (Under 18 Girls)
• Ian Gentil, Seth Moniz, Kalani David, Josh Moniz (Under 16 Boys)
